Reading the online documents
You have set up your system as described in Step 1 selected a flat rate access and successfully completed the purchasing process.You now have full access to all erWin Online documents. To view model specific information use the "Training Item" or "Repair information in PDF format" menu heading to locate your relevant document. In the search result, click on the document title and you will reach the document properties.
If you have a valid flat rate, a button Open document will appear under document properties. Click on this button to open the document in your browser.
Depending on document size and your internet connection, it can take several minutes until the document has finished loading. Please be patient until this is finished.
All the vehicle-specific information is displayed once you have entered the VIN directly in your browser.
Access period to the electronic service information starts immediately after conclusion of purchase contract by the purchaser.
